Beam PotsDOCK 9555 is an intelligent compact docking station specifically designed to support RJ11 / POTS, Bluetooth and inbuilt GPS transforming the Iridium 9555 satellite handset into an intelligent feature rich device. PotsDOCK allows the 9555 handset to be used in a wide variety of applications, the intelligent RJ11 / POTS interface enables standard corded, cordless or DECT handsets to be used or alternatively interfaced with a PBX system presenting standard ring, busy and dial tones like a standard phone network.

PotsDOCK also has an inbuilt Bluetooth module for voice and data connectivity along with an intelligent tracking and alert reporting system utilizing the inbuilt GPS engine of the PotsDOCK. The alert & tracking module can be configured to support periodic polling or emergency alert reporting.

The Iridium 9555 handset fits securely in the docking station, which features inbuilt Bluetooth, USB data, phone charging and integrated antenna, data and power connection making it possible to keep all antenna cables and power permanently connected to the dock ready for use. The Iridium 9555 handset is easily inserted and removed by the press of a button on the top of the PotsDOCK making it very easy to remove the 9555 at anytime with the peace of mind knowing it will always be fully charged.

PotsDOCK also supports the use of an optional compact Beam Privacy Handset that can be located next to the PotsDOCK for added convenience if required.

Beam SatDOCK In-vehicle hands-free docking station provides a high quality semi-permanent installation for the Iridium 9555 handset. The docking station has inbuilt echo cancelling and full duplex technologies to provide superior voice quality and professional handsfree or privacy calls for various transport application.

The SatDOCK supports Tracking & Alert functionality via the dedicated in built GPS engine. Tracking messages can be pre configured to support periodic reporting, manual position report update via button press, remote polling or the sending of an emergency alert messages all via SMS / SMS to email or SBD ( Short Burst Data )

The Iridium 9555 satellite handset, fits securely in the Dock which is compact in design, unlike other traditional docking kits that require another external box for installation, the Beam SatDOCK is all contained within the one single compact Dock. Other features include phone charging, in-built Bluetooth, USB data, inbuilt ringer and allows antenna and power to be permanently connected to the Dock ready for use. The Iridium 9555 handset is easily inserted and removed by the press of a button on the top of the dock making it very easy to use away from the Dock when required.

SatDOCK also supports the use of an optional active privacy handset or the fully featured intelligent handset, RST970 these simply and easily added to the SatDOCK.

RapidSAT 9555

RapidSAT 9555 is ideal for short term use or applications where many people may need to access satellite communication for rapid deployment. The flexibility of the RapidSAT 9555 enables the unit to be easily transported between various vehicles, boats, machinery or aircraft and simply connects to the vehicle’s DC power source for in vehicle use or alternatively the optional battery back-up for away from vehicle use.

The kit is designed to support full hands-free voice calls, as well as private calls using the compact privacy handset. Data services can also be accessed easily using the USB data port.

The system has been purpose built, securely located within a “Soft” ruggedized carry bag making it small / light and easy to carry. It comes complete with DC charging lead, Cigarette Lighter Plug, AC plug pack and a magnetic mount antenna with 5 metres of cable attached.

RST970 - Intelligent Handset

Beam RST970 Intelligent Handset provides a convenient user interface for supporting Voice and SMS services across a wide range of markets applications and is supported on the Beam RST100 and SatDOCK terminals.

The RST970 handset supports voice calls as well as utilizing the Iridium SMS service. RST970 is compact and includes an inbuilt ring alert and hang-up cup for easy mounting and is supplied with a 1.5m extension cable, mounting bracket and joiner.

RST755 – Privacy Handset

Beam RST755 Privacy Handset is an optional accessory for 9555 PotsDOCK and IntelliDOCK for added convenience with auto sensing answer and hang up intelligence
